A 54-minute layover at O’Hare is too short to make a lot of connections, especially since the flight landed “on time” but had to wait on the taxiway 15 minutes for a gate to open up. Then it takes another 10 minutes to exit the plane before one can run to another concourse to catch a connecting flight.

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.
Quality of service and maintenance has declined since my last trip before COVID.
Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set

Flight delayed. They made no attempt to get our luggage to our connecting flight so I am without necessities after they begged me to check in my bag. Still dont have it.
The flight was very good. Only complaint was that the usb charging connection did not work for either me or the seat next to me so we both had to use our own portable battery to charge our phones. I also liked the fact that I could purchase Wi-Fi for an hour instead of for the entire flight.
Your seats in the last 5 rows are terrible. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and the lady sitting there decided to recline it. Jammed my knees bad. I don’t know if I’ll fly United again.
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.
Service not nearly as good as Qatar airways flights used to be on service from PHL to DOH.
The one gate agent was very abrupt and rude. Not a good look for American for the day
Departure more than an hour later. Conexion/waiting time at the airport was more than 7 hours :(
I was unhappy with having the seat I chose changed at the last minute. I was moved to an aisle seat which did not recline and was next to the bathroom. The bathroom odors made the flight entirely unpleasant. Having carefully chosen my seat months before I was not pleased with my AA experience. In addition, they ran out of tea during flight service, really?
Boarding was disorganized and delayed because they overbooked and wanted people to give up seats then further delayed due to an issue with the plane. They did not load my bag and it took a day for them to return it. Flight attendant was lovely and the only positive thing about this trip.
Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.
The airline schedule services was simply mediocre. The ground crew is fine; they are doing their best. The after-delay services were simply poor, and after-cancelling services were almost non-existence. Receiving refund is one rescuing point, but please keep in mind that, people wants to get home or get to their destinations. Cancelling without aftermath recourse is simply poor services. AA needs to fire the marketing department, and the customer-service related leaders.
Seats are extremely narrow and almost don’t recline. No room for knees even for avg size adult. Overall, very cramped. Very noisy aircraft compared to A380.
It was a bus not a flight. Okay bus ride.
