Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. This was a really enjoyable flight. Even though I was in economy, I had a great deal of leg space, I had a nice meal, and the flight staff was helpful and friendly. A really great flight.

My Tv don’t work the whole from Doha to New Delhi. Overnight didn’t work from Bos to Doha and had to eat food without light

The crew was excellent, but the flight was a little delayed and the temperature on the plane was too warm.

My flight had two legs. When checking in at the first leg the agent offering for a deal to upgrade the leg to first class for $199. He then claimed I would be able to upgrade the second leg once I got to the next airport. I declined and when I inquired about upgrading at the second airport, the cost was $1,300. I also had an issue at the airport lounge. I am allowed one guest in the lounge. My friend came in the lounge for less than 5 minutes and left when she couldn’t get a sleeping suite. I wanted to bring in another friend. The airport staff first started acting as though they didn’t understand English and then became upset when I asked for their names so I could file a complaint. As an elite member I knew they could do more but were not. One of the agents started over talking me and walked away mid conversation dismissing my request for assistance. A man claiming to be the manager said you were asking for her name. He also never tried to assist me or see what was going on. He claimed the interactions were recorded and management would see everything. I’m not sure how that would assist me days later. I am sure it didn’t help that I was a black American woman.

Everything was great Turkish airlines should show the same attention to international flights.

Our itinerary was broken apart by ChatDeal and let off our luggage from Turkey to Greece!! When contacted by this prior to our departure, I was informed it was my fault...I had to pay for checked bags, in middle of our trip! Turkish Airlines is not to blame for my distain of the ChatDeal interaction. COMPLETELY UNSAT!!

Staff didnt want to work, had to get up to get food and ear plugs myself even after calling the attendant multiple times. Both bags were not recieved in Dubai, called the next day to confirm bags were recieved and had to go to airport to pick up the bags. Now coming back to LAX one bag made it and the other bag is still missing.

The process overall was pretty seamless, and the crew were very friendly (especially Michael). Considering we booked expecting Lufthansa and the flight was operated by United, it was still a very good service and journey overall. The in-flight entertainment was great, with lots of quality options. One slight negative was that I had selected a vegetarian meal prior to flying, but received a vegan one. I think there should be more dietary options as it meant I missed out on some food that I would have preferred (and it seemed like the standard meals and snacks had a vegetarian option anyway). There was also a group of people who were moving around a lot and being generally disruptive at the quietest part of the flight, when the lights were off and most people were sleeping. I would have appreciated staff stepping in to encourage them to be mindful of others). Towards the end of the flight (which was very early in the morning in both time zones), the lights suddenly came on and breakfast was served. In my opinion, this was too early, and everyone was rudely awoken from sleep. After breakfast was cleared away, the lights went off again for about 45 minutes, allowing people to sleep some more. Then the lights came on again for landing. It seems like if they had served breakfast later, the lights on-lights off-lights on shenanigans could have been avoided, and people could have slept longer (and staff could have rested longer too).

Horrible they wouldn’t let my wife and daughter board the plane. They stated there was an issue with her visa when she clearly showed them how to look it up online. This resulted in her missing her flight and having to buy a different airline ticket for the same day in which clearly there was no problem.

You need to reimburse me for my seats purchased and luggage.

Turns out you cannot use the Lufthansa app to check I for flights bought from a 3rd party. Had to locate someone to ticket me in Frankfurt. I was not the only one. What a hassle.

The distance between terminals was not clear to me and on my return flight i almost missed y flight in Frankfurt.

The seats were too close together. My sister is 5ft 9in tall and her knees were against the back of the seat in front of her. She couldn't straighten her legs. It was difficult to get out to go to the rest room. Everything else was good. We were serviced frequently with drinks, water, cookies, two delicious meals, and warm washcloths. The movies we watched were great. The temperature was good and we had pillows and blankets.

The tables from the chairs were not cleaned with dry coca residue on the table and sticky. The food tables should be wipe between flights.
