we were late to get to this connecting flight and SWISS decided to wait for us . Very nice of them

SO disappointing. I spent so much money on this ticket, for them to cancel and not be able to rebook me in time. They were very unhelpful, and condescending throughout the whole Swiss airport. Will not be flying again.

The plane was so hot upon boarding. Their boarding process was so unnecessarily long. Service was subpar.

Everything from the price to online checkin and the flight being on time to the crew and food was very good. The comfort level is fine--the seats are very close to each other in Economy. But I guess you get what you pay for.

Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.

Horrible experience. I was apparently picked at random for a security screening - that was the most demeaning experience I have had in my life with a guy poking and prodding and having me take off my shoes, move up my pants so he could swab my legs - telling me I couldn't bring more than some quantity of cookies - I had 3 boxes of cookies in my luggage. In the end he did let me keep them but that was really uncalled for. Harrassment in the name of security.

They went out of their way. It was very clean and friendly.

There were multiple delays and the food was poor. Better food.

Wheelchair was the excellent service. I didn’t have any food or used entertainment. Overall for my trip experience was excellent. Thank you very much and keep up good work. Best regards

Flight was an Iberia Flight on Level but seemed to be outsourced to a 3rd airline - Wamos. Seating pattern was different than when booked, we waited on the JETBRIDGE for 45 minutes to board, food was terrible. Movie options were limited to about 20 and very old, TV shows was limited to about 15 and equally as old. Staff was fine but definitely the "b-team". Landed about 60 minutes early and waited on the runway for 45 minutes - despite that Logan Airport in Boston recently added new gates. Mediocre experience at best.

Improve food options. Do not charge so much for checked bags. As some who paid 990 EUR fir the round trip international flight it is horrendous to pay another 140 for 1 checked bag.

Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.

The only comment I have is why do you sell snacks on board? They should be free. When we take domestic flights here in US, our snacks are free. Also, please communicate with me in English. I received so many emails way before my flight that were in Spanish that I had to ask my son to interpret for me. You should be WELL AWARE if the customers you are communicating speak the language, it does mean that we speak and understand Spanish because we are traveling to Spain, NOT NECESSARILY! Thank you!

I’m hoping for WiFi included. Everything else was very good

An average flight experience. For our transatlantic portion, they provided a main meal and two snacks. However, the food was not very tasty and the drinks far too small and infrequent for such a long flight. The regrettable part of the flight was that the toilets were extremely filthy. I feel this is unacceptable.

Both flights were delayed. I lost my connection on the way back. No voucher or anything was givenx I had business ticket and no support to make it on time. I got to the door running 5 min after they close. Food really bad. Breakfast in business was worst that I what I remember in economy. Even though I have accumulated many miles, I don’t think Inwill keep buying Iberia. I am a frequent business traveler.

Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate

Extremely efficient and incredibly friendly staff. Very organized to board and to de-plane. They were all very attentive during the flight.

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Terrible app. Working off paper stickies for seat reservations doesn’t work anymore.

Impossible to check in via the App. Kept on getting emails offering upgrade. When followed through not available. Wasn't any food anyway.

I like Air Europa in the way you make passengers feel important, well attended the whole trip.!It was first time in your company and hope I can repeat this experience many more times!

Onboarding process and crew was excellent and efficient, Information display was great. Keep on the good work and same standard. Nothing to change.

Totally unprofessional crew, lack of empathy and disrespectful responses. Flight got delayed for Mechanical issue for 3 hours got on the runway then back, then disembarked and just waiting with no one explaining anything and missed my connecting due to that.. the crew total lack of professionalism is totally unseen anywhere.

Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

The Lufthansa part was wonderful. The short connection flight was not.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

Our transfer from one Lufthansa flight to another at Frankfurt airport was horrible - it was a tight connection with a long walk between gates and our first flight was delayed so we had to sprint the whole way and ask people in the border control line to let us ahead of them. We just barely the flight and were exhausted. I do not recommend a short connection in the Frankfurt airport.

The WiFi didn’t work. The screens for movies were sticky and didn’t have a lot of options.

It was timely boarding, well organized. The food was weird in a flight to Buenos Aires. I felt as if I were flying to Asia because of the chicken teriyaki. In my section flight attendants spoke only German and English. I wondered why no Spanish speaker was hired for a flight to Latam. In that Lufthansa needs to be more customer oriented. Compared to other airlines the four seat in the middle is less comfortable. That said, staff was polite and efficient, the entertainment system worked well. It was ultimately a peaceful, well organized and safe flight. Thank you !

Did not appreciate being bumped from the seat I selected during checkin the day before the flight by an overbidding fellow passenger… I am also a paying customer Lufthansa!

It was alright, you are sure about your bags even though they will be bag checked, you will get them back once you disembark.

Their service , specifically the way Lufthansa manages luggages is terrible
