An approachable, bourbon-centric restaurant located on the 20th floor of the Conrad Hotel at the corner of Rush St. and Erie St. Mark Twain once said, "Too much of anything is bad, but too much good whiskey is barely enough." Renowned chef Richard Sandoval has partnered with the Conrad Chicago, to create Baptiste & Bottle named in honor of Chicago's first resident, Jean Baptiste Point du Sable.
