The restaurant itself is the creation of Patty Neumson, who grew up in Thailand. She has developed four seasonal menus for Herb that guests can order from, depending on the time of year. Herb has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognition for its cuisine. Winner of Guy Fieri's 'Spiciest Episode', and Chef battle '18. Won Best 100 Dishes in Chicago from Time Out Magazine.
