- Good location with lots of nice cafes and eateries in walking distance - Bed was comfortable - Burger restaurant on ground floor was good
- 1st night AC was not cooling the room down at all. I advised reception and was told to change room, without even sending an engineer. I was heading out but had to delay plans and repack my cases. Understand maintenance issues occur but not even an apology offered. New room coffee machine didn’t work. I reported it, nothing happened. - The manager on duty during breakfast on the second morning of my stay was fairly unprofessional. I didn’t have breakfast included so paid at the door . Everyone else was shown to the table , I was not. He walked around and others took coffee orders, again nobody approached me. The manager had given iced americanos and lattes to guests, when I asked was told “only hot coffee”. No plates were cleared from my table in the 30 minutes I was there whilst the manager spoke to his favourite guests and ignored others. First time to actually be ignored by staff and offered no service service. When I left, the same manager was standing at the door and all staff chatting , not even a “thank you” . Very odd. - Paid 3000B for late checkout till 10pm, which is fine. Upon checkout, he asked why I’m just checking out now as if I’d done something wrong, despite already paying for it 24 hours before. No help from any staff on check out with my 2 suitcases which is normally offered in 5 star hotels down the steps.
