We stayed 1 night which was perfect as this hotel is centrally located near the university and not far from old town. Hotel staff was great and very accommodating, I highly recommend for anyone visiting Basel!

Pros (+) The staff was awesome!! They upgraded us and decorated our room which was amazing and so appreciated. The room itself was big and had a wonderful view. There was a game room with fun games like darts and billiard. The bathroom was big and with a bath which we loved Great stay!

Pros (+) Hotel Spalentor was our favorite hotel during our multi city trip! The beds and pillows were the most comfortable. The breakfast spread was extensive. The staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) Although their website suggests they offer laundry services and they have laundry bags in the room, they do not have any laundry facilities nor offer services on site. However, they recommended a laundry service just three stops away by bus. It was very easy to get to, and they handle your clothes while you enjoy your day. It worked out great.
