The hotel itself was very nice. The room was extremely clean, well heated, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a rather unpleasant and unsafe area. In the evening, it is better to move around by taxi and avoid walking too much. However, after about a 5-minute walk outside the neighborhood, the area improves significantly. Staff, clean rooms, breakfast, price
The room was clean and maintained clean. The staff was super kind and helpful. The location is pretty well placed, close to the city center and to the Brussels Midi Train Station.
i wish there was a mini-fridge and some cutlery in the room. I didn't check in advance and it's not something I cannot live without, but it would be a couple of nice-to-have's, in my opinion
I liked everything. The staff were very helpful and polite especially the receptionist. The lobby and the restaurant are cosy. The breakfast was plentiful. And the best thing was that the hotel has its own underground parking if you're going there by car of course.
Everything was great. The staff were very helpful, good options were great as well. The room and bathroom were clean and well set up.
Great location, very close to the city centre. We had no trouble at all but the walk from the station isn’t amazing, better to stay on the main road.

Location and cleanliness
There wasn’t any water, tea or coffee and kettle in the room which was quite frustrating.
It was really well located, the parking was a huge plus for us. The room was spacious, the curtains were great for keeping light out. We really enjoyed the breakfast, I particularly loved the freshly cooked waffles.
The room was too warm and the radiator didn’t seem to be on. The window which opened was quite small so didn’t help much. It was quite cold outside so assume the heating in the whole hotel was up quite high!
