Pros (+) The staff was friendly and ready to help, and it's in a good location if you have to work at the EU. The gym is small but all right and the sauna hot, so good for a hotel. The sauna has a nice view.
Cons (-) The room was very hot, and the thermostat didn't do much. The aircon made a lot of noise. In the end I had the window open 24/7, but then I heard the screaming at night (even on the 25th floor). I could also hear the people walking upstairs. Pros (+) Our room had all the basic amenities we required. The bed was very comfortable and there was not outside noise to disturb sleep. I found the room a little too warm and only at the end of my stay did I realise the window could be set ajar to allow fresh air in. The breakfast food contained a wide choice of fresh food. All the food I had was very tasty and made a good start to the day
