Cons (-) The pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower head attachment was broken, so I had to hold it in my hands. I used the room cleaning service once — when the toilet paper ran out and the trash cans were full. The dustbin in the room was cleaned, but not the one in the bathroom. They didn't replace the toilet paper. I had to go down to the reception desk and ask them to bring some.

Pros (+) + I really liked the location, as it was very close to where I had some important meetings to attend. + I really liked the sauna; the view was great and the temperature was perfect. it helped me relax
Cons (-) - I do not like that the sauna is unisex, it made me a bit uncomortable. - It does not have anything to do with the hotel but with its location. On the second night, I could not fall asleep until late due to continuous car or motorcycle horns - I was not aware of any moving demonstration or convoy. Maybe it was a spontaneous or undeclared demonstration; I'm not sure, but it was very noisy.

Pros (+) It is the third time we stay at this hotel and again we were very satisfied with the superb breakfast and the helpful staff. Needless to say the hotel's convenient location near a transport hub and city center's pedestrian area.
Cons (-) We were assigned a room at the 28th floor but it was noisy due to the fact that it was just beneath the gym. However the reception was very kind to change our room.

Pros (+) Even though it's not a very safe location in Brussels I liked that it was just 1 minute away from metro station, so it's easy to get anywhere in the city quickly.
