Pros (+) Location within easy walking distance to Douglas and large free carpark. Excellent breakfast with friendly staff. Use of gym and swimming pool. Good WiFi. Lovely sea view.
Cons (-) Rooms only cleaned every 3rd day and so we had to ask for bin liners, clean mugs, tea supplies etc. Not a huge problem as cleaning staff were lovely and helpful but annoying!

Pros (+) Breakfast was great! Pool area is lovely too. Staff are very kind and responsive.
Cons (-) Carpet was totally worn out in deluxe room. Room and bathroom generally need an upgrade. Not 4* I wouldn’t say but views are spectacular and the room was okay. We will go back, as health club facilities are a bonus and rates are reasonable.

Car park is between a 1960’s building, which should be knocked down and rebuilt, and a bomb site which was apparently a ballroom demolished decades ago! Confusing lay out leading to dark areas.
