Location (Bonus grocery store and Skalli Bistro restaurant across the street and then the main roads so close to go on your explorations), not directly in the busy city but on the outskirts a bit; Very clean; items offered (coffee maker/coffee/tea/fridge/oven/microwave/towels & extra towels if needed) Spacious for your needs
Heat didn't work so I chatted online, they fixed very quickly Someone in the building set off the fire alarm and we were all outside in the rain and wind at 7:30 am not knowing what was going on, no police/fire or anyone showed up, the alarm eventually just stopped - made me wonder if it was safe to reenter the building
Cleanliness was the biggest issue. We came in and found several strands of hair on the bed sheet and toilet had urine in it. We were booked for 2 nights and their solution was for us to move to another apartment so that they can clean original booked apartment and then the following day to move back to original booked apartment. The blinds aren't black out was really bright in there. The fire alarm went off twice during our week stay once at 1am !
Large rooms
No comfortable seats. Sofa like a rock.

It’s not so clean and the employees are not say hello to us.
Heating did not work properly. Someone checked the next day, we did not get any update and the issue still remained for the whole stay, unfortunately. Other than that, the property was nice.
The location was very convenient,close to downtown and the airport, with a bus stop nearby which made getting around easy. There was also a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and restaurant all within walking distance, which was really helpful during our stay. The apartment itself was great, especially having a fully equipped kitchen which made it easy to cook. The space was comfortable and well laid ...

Early check out.
Location is good if you have your own car. Cooking is possible, although not so many cooking equipments are available. Convenient check-in and check-out. The room is clean. Sofa bed is very good!
Perhaps adding a bit more cooking equipment in the future?
