Today, it was announced that The Priceline Group is acquiring the Momondo Group and that KAYAK will assume leadership of the momondo and Cheapflights entities.
This is great news for users of all three brands. We have a lot in common, including a shared mission of making online travel better and a product-first mentality. Over the coming months, you’ll see many improvements as our teams share features, insights and key learnings.
This deal will help further our expansion efforts in Europe and ultimately, bring KAYAK’s brands to even more travelers around the world.
