The rumors are true – on May 10, 2021, we began testing our first loyalty program.
And you must have found it already because you’re here. Well done, you! KAYAK Explorer is our way of saying “thank you” to our travelers, by letting them earn points while planning and booking great trips. You can expect to redeem them for a variety of perks and rewards, including electronic gift cards, special travel and dining discounts, and electronic debit cards.
It’s been a long year, and as our travelers get ready to get back out there, we want to encourage them to turn their tripping dreams into realities. But let’s be real: we’re still in the early stages of developing this program (and right now, it’s only available in the US).
While we continue tweaking the details, here are the basics. Travelers can earn Explorer points by booking select hotels via the KAYAK app. We’ll get you started by awarding 2,000 bonus points to every eligible traveler that signs up. Just download our app and follow the onscreen prompts, or tap the Profile menu and find the sign-up button under “Loyalty and Rewards.”
