The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were kept clean every day. Superb location for someone who wants to explore Stone Town as well
It is not their fault, but being in the middle of Stone Town, especially during Eid celebrations, meant the noise at night would get loud until late. Also, not their fault, but people/guides trying to sell you their tours were right outside their doorstep. Everyday I had to tell them off.
The place is in the center of everything. Very accessible and easy to find. The best part are the receptionist, they are very friendly, speaks English very well and will help you. They have arrange my transportation going back to airport specially my flight is early morning. So far, the room is ok and have enough space. There is AC and fan.
Their bidet is not working. That's my only concern. ❤️

Facilities are pretty run down. Wouldn’t stay more than a couple nights
To begin with when I booked 2 rooms I was eligible for free airport ride I cancelled one room and was still eligible for free ride but lost it(USD$20) I paid in Tzs according to booking but hotel charged their higher rate although i had Tzs which was not right No soap or shampoo AC wasn't working as I paid for AC room. It was so clean, exactly what we expected for that price, the breakfast was lovely and the location was lovelier, it was so close to the beach we were able to move around stone town and back with no worries. It is literally next to foradhani food market. 💯 recommend.
No milk for breakfast only hot water
The property is in the heart of Stonetown. It is perfectly located to get to all of the hot tourist spots.
Good location,clean and comfortable room and bed,breakfast simple but perfect for starting the day,kind staff.
