Cons (-) Fire exit stairs was covered carpet. Corridor was also covered with carpet. There were no fire escape except stairs. I am sure it meets French civil defence regulation but it bothered me

Pros (+) Location was nice, nice to metro station and lots of options for Restaurants and Grocery stores.

Cons (-) The Staffs aren’t that welcoming, can’t speak English or just very little. I asked the receptionist for Car parking and she just handed me a note with rules and location of parking but it wasn’t quite clear for me. Pros (+) Quiet area.

Cons (-) A very poorly equipped kitchenette. Access to the parking lot was restricted by staff. At night we couldn’t use our car.

Pros (+) Breakfast is poor. Car park was terrible, it was very hard to get car in and out. Room was dusty and very dated. Did not enjoy our stay in Paris. However Kitchenette was good so managed to fry eggs for breakfast. Carrefour was opposite so grabbed a few groceries.

Cons (-) Room was dusty and floor was dirty. Pillows were lumpy. Bed had hair on it.
