The staff at the resort were all very friendly and helpful! They arranged special surprises for my friend and their family for a 40th and a birthday! The hotel rooms were modern and clean. Location was great! Cocktails at the pool and bar were delicious! Special thank you to Carlos on the front desk who was extremely helpful and could not do enough to help! As was Shaun at the front desk!

The hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and has got all the necessary facilities, which make the stay very comfortable.

Simon on reception is very nice and very helpful. There is another lady on reception when we checked in, sorry didn't get her name, but she was also very very helpful and helped me sort out a car hire issue we had with Avis. Thanks to all the staff, including the nice gentleman who helped bring our bags to our room, he was very nice and well. Thanks to all the staff for everything over our 2 stays here. Thanks especially to housekeeping who make a very nice towell birthday cake display on our bed for my wife's birthday. It was so nice and kind of everyone. Rooms were clean and big enough. Beds were very comfortable. Location of hotel was good. They also have 1 hour free electric bike hire that was excellent.
They wanted $20 per item per night to keep some of our luggage while we're on our cruise for 4 days, even though we were returning to stay with them for another night when we returned. The bike hire was only free for one hour which went faster than you'd expect and it was $15 dollars per hour if you went over the first hour so you need to watch your time.
