The only semi-positive thing is the location - close to center and sea.

I was waiting for check-in for 1,5 hour. Kitchen equipment is very poor. No air conditioning and a lot of mosquitoes in the room.
The location was in a good place
It had no air-conditioning, or fan, the heat was unbearable all the furniture was odds and sods , no kettle for a morning coffee, compromised on an electric portable hob and a pan, there was pink paint splatted all over the wall and cabinet even though nothing was pink in the room? had to phone for check in not being a manned apartment, when English was selective or minimal! The price was ok for one night. We needed to stay for the night before trip inland, and that's why I picked this hotel. The price. The room/apartment was quite large. Walk to the restaurants and sea - is 5 min. But the rest of it... there is nothing to write home about.
No staff on the grounds, you have to call to get the keys, the furniture - looks like all picked on the garage sales, etc, etc. So are the windows, doors, and the rest of the "design". I could not imagine staying there for more than just a night.
Only the location is good. Everything else is so bad.
The room was smelling must. Beds were dirty and uncomfortable. Bed sheets and towels were extremely dirty. I am not sure they were washed after the previous guests. Pillows were not comfortable and so old. There is no receiption desk to complaim. You can call someone by phone and he comes from somewhere at least in 10 mins. The location is great, close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The room also had a little kitchenette and a balcony, so we made our own breakfast and enjoyed it outside.
Our room was next to the road and there was a lot of traffic throughout (day, evening, night, morning). It was quite loud and annoying.
Location was the only good point of this accommodation. It was like 5 minutes walking from the beach.
The owner put us to the apartment in a cellar, where the toilet was broken with weird sounds and the smell of the toilet was incredible and disgusting, the fridge was dirty- We booked the apartment for 7 days, and didn´t want to spent our holidays in the cellar. The location
Better towels and bed linen, very poor Internet access, lack of hot water, no Change of towels without extra cost. Room cleaning or rubbish removal Staff not available. Only German tv Channels. Toilet did not flush unless We removed the top of Custer’s.
Location is perfect. Walking distance from beach and amenities
There was no fan (no air condition, but at least a fan could be suitable)
