There are nearly 20 public bus routes that make a stop at the train station that will connect you with a number of locations throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. There are also a number of suburban transit routes that make stops at the station and will take you to more distant locations outside of the city. The fare to ride local buses is around $2.50.
