Great location right along the river, close to Iconsiam. Clean, quiet, pleasant staff, nice variety of delicious food for breakfast. Excellent value for a budget hotel.

Nice riverside room. Some noisy guests down the hall near elevator. Did not eat breakfast buffet, but it looked ok. Found excellent noodle shop just down the street from hotel. Also many massage shops. Tuk tuk to sky train is a good benefit, but drop off only. No pick up at sky train station.

We like this hotel as it is situated by Chao Phaya river. This is good for people enjoy looking over the river while dining, breakfast or late afternoon drinks.

Pros (+) 6 night stay. Fantastic location, within walking distance to Icon Siam. Ideal Riverside spot, so it is perfect for watching the world go by. Goid Bar/Patio area which is great for relaxing with a drink & food especially in the eve. Good size pool. Breakfast adequate with most things you need to set you up for a good start to the day. Room basic, bed comfy and everywhere clean. Staff very pleasant....
Cons (-) Pool closes at 7pm which is a little early. 10pm would be better. Provide facilities to warm croissant and Choc au Pan in the morning. Room very basic, a little more comfort would be nice and feel more welcoming.

Cons (-) Our room was dirty and smell bad, molded. There is mold in the hotel rooms for sure! My parents got room from upper floor, after they stayed awake the whole night because there was mouses runking around the room!! Upper floor room had fresh air. Kids playing area was under constriction, not open, i would have like to know that before booking and paying.

Pros (+) Clean , comfortable hotel, well located with friendly, helpful staff. Large room with big comfortable bed with river view, and spacious bathroom with good shower. Great breakfast was included in the price! Big pool with nice surrounds and very clean. Neck and shoulders massage was great!
