Cons (-) Bathroom was handicapped and slippery without grip handles. Had to step up to access the balcony. I Everything gets wet when you shower.

Pros (+) As all previous reviews - the property is very easy to get to from the tram or bus. Close to everything and the breakfast the best we’ve had anywhere! Would always recommend!

Pros (+) Breakfast was great and location was great. Walk to Port and Train Station.
Cons (-) No aircon and it was very hot in the room. Top floor sun had been shining in room day when we checked in. Had asked if window could be opened on booking site, was told yes. Window opened 1cm no airflow at all. Hotel full so could not change rooms, however. Staff brought fan up which was a bit of a relief.

Pros (+) Great hotel. We loved the wide selection of options at breakfast. Staff very helpful. Location was ideal.
Cons (-) Nothing really annoyed us, but there were a few areas for improvement. We couldn’t get milk. Glass door to bathroom seemed odd.

Pros (+) I like the location and the room was very big and everything clean.
Cons (-) I asked for housekeeping first day but they only changed the towels, didnt tidy the bed...I do not know why and then the second day they changed towels and made the bed. Also, staff was a little bit cold with the guest, specially one man from reception, his name is Samuel.
