Everything was fine, the staff were helpful, please pass my greetings from the mountain Lesotho to Chandanee and the old gentle with her, thank you.
There are no Porter. I had even requested one and I was told, its not practical to have one. May I kindly suggest you have them. Honestly on arrival we need to be assisted with your luggage, you are tired from the travelling. I would be happy if you reconsider this. thank you. We were happy with the Hotel Services.

We demanded to change the room as it stank of cigarettes. There was no apology but a demand to pay extra 50 EUR for a different room. The rooms didn't even have bottles of drinking water, are super dated, and the sun loungers were literally torn. AC is from the 70s. Do not recommend unless you don't care about smells and tape fixed bath ( literally grey tape covering holes).
