Staff non attentive, no smiling faces, very small bed room. Didn't offer me an alternative after I was late for breakfast ( mixed times up my fault) dismissive receptionist. I wouldn't stay here again as I prefer hostels where people talk to each other.

The price was ridiculously expensive for what it was ( i was here on a busy weekend but still very expensive) Room wasn't that clean, had holes in the wall and flaky paint.

No tea and coffee in room
There was a slogan in the room "Bigger is not always better". Nice location. 10min from the royal palace. Easy to get to. Very clean. I appreciated the online check in and check out functions and that i didnt need a card, but could open my room with my phone. Even though a small bathroom there was enough pressure of hot water and nice smelling soap ;) It was a reasonable hotel and it was OK for 3 ...
The room was double, but I would not have liked to be there with anyone else. Even i was too much ;) There was no air-conditioning, but there was a window you could open. No wardrobe, only two coat hangers. I would not recommend it for anyone over 180cm tall or over 100kg. If you have a big suitcase it will also be a problem with space.Read more
