Pros (+) Great location. Very polite and helpful staff. Everything was perfectly clean. I really appreciated the complimentary drinking water in the room and the possibility to make coffee or tea. A very pleasant stay — highly recommended.

Pros (+) Excellent location for scrolling Old city and central Cagliari. Near central rail station and port, easy and expensive parking. A lot of very nice restaurants, cafes, pubs and gelato.
Cons (-) The place is not applicable for elder travellers; there are two floors with steep stairs and no Elevator!!
