Pros (+) Location, cleanliness, room was nice, the building is nice.
Cons (-) The sounds isolation is non-existent, and you can hear everything (extremely loudly) from the corridor and the next room, including talking, walking around, and if the ventillation in the bathroom is turned on.

Pros (+) Great location. Very polite and helpful staff. Everything was perfectly clean. I really appreciated the complimentary drinking water in the room and the possibility to make coffee or tea. A very pleasant stay — highly recommended.

Pros (+) Excellent location for scrolling Old city and central Cagliari. Near central rail station and port, easy and expensive parking. A lot of very nice restaurants, cafes, pubs and gelato.
Cons (-) The place is not applicable for elder travellers; there are two floors with steep stairs and no Elevator!!

Pros (+) Right in the middle of a terrific restaurant area.
Cons (-) My room was an internal room with only a window into the stir nd. Imminent area. So no fresh air and noise from everyone moving about. Otherwise all was good.
