Pros (+) Amazing location in the centre of all things Cagliari but very quiet. Great room, spacious with everything we needed along with a large bathroom. Communication was amazing nothing was an issue at all.

Pros (+) Really friendly and supportive staff. We could drop off everything prior to check-in. Helped us with restaurants, buses to the beach and taxi. Great location. Easy to reach via train from the airport. Buses leave close by to the beach. Many restaurants close by. Directly in the city. Purified water available.

Pros (+) Great location, right in the heart of it. Filtered water, coffee station in communal area. Very clean, lock safe.
Cons (-) Mini fridge was nearly useless - didn’t cool anything. Water needed to be it overnight to slightly cool. (Put the water in the fridge) air con needed to be on all night but not very effective and noisy.

Pros (+) I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has an excellent location, everything was very clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Carla, who was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Her professionalism and friendliness made a real difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Pros (+) Second visit here and just as wonderful as 3 years ago. Centrally located in the town, and just a 10 minute bus ride to Poetto Beach, lovely building and impeccably clean with everything you need, including chilled water in the fridge in our room which was much appreciated, plus filtered water in reception to top up and a kettle . Pros (+) Overall, checking into the hotel and getting to your room was easy. You also use a PIN code they send you to check in. It worked flawlessly every time. The room was clean and you get everything what you generell my need. The hotel is located centrally and surrounded with many shops, restaurants, and bars
Cons (-) The sound insulation in the rooms is inadequate. I heard all the comings and goings and conversations through the room door all night, which was quite disturbing

Pros (+) The location is centrally, absolutely amazing and Carla, the lady from the location who took care of our arrival, was very kind and supportive. The room is very big, as well as the bathroom. For sure, when we will come again, we will choose the same accommodation.

Pros (+) The location is excellent, very central and perfect for exploring Cagliari on foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I loved how friendly the staff was and how well-located the accommodation is. Plus, the room was quiet and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
