Very clean & modern
I found there were a lot of steps here & the layout of the hotel was a little confusing, we booked a swim up room but it’s more like a room near a small pool which is accessible by a lot of other rooms, was quiet at the end of October but probably not very private in high season
Clean, spacious, very friendly staff, very good breakfast

It’s better than the pictures, well located, the amenities are great and staff are super friendly and helpful!
Beside the beach Pool was okay shortage of sunbeds
There were ants in our room Staff did not accommodate or offer to clean or change our room u til the next morning We were told just to clean the ants up First night ants were found in bed Remaining nights ants in the floor Had pictures to show the staff but they had no interest
Staff were friendly, facilities were great, and facilities for our late check out was great, showers and fresh towel.
While the breakfast on our first week was great, the second week, as it got busier, it deteriorated. Some hot items were cold.
The property was clean, and the location was excellent

Nice complex Pool area is lovely.
Our safe didn't work until we reported it. Our tv wasn't tuned to any of the stations. Very poor supplies in the kitchen. No cleaning cloth for dishes etc The door of the freezer was absent so all fluids in the fridge froze. Not enough beds at the pool for everyone.
Loved how the apartments had a smaller private pool area. Perfect location!! Super staff and overall a good breakfast.
I thought the main pool bed facilities were basic- and lots of bed reserving in the mornings, if we didn’t have the smaller pool from the apartment block, we wouldn’t of enjoyed the pool facilities as much. Pics included show only the separate small pool.
We loved having the swim up room as the pool area was beautiful. The hotel was spotless . The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely visit again.
More storage in the bedroom would be useful.
Everything was fresh, clean, great facilities! Lovely lovely place to stay!
People reserving the sun loungers, but what are you going to do! Typical holiday things that 😅
