Loved the children’s pool. Staff were amazing in all aspects of the hotel.
No light outside the room on ground floor. Door handle can be opened when lock is on. Not safe with small children. Needs a chain or function higher up to lock door for safety.
I loved the location (El berril), right across from the beach and everything was within a 5min walk. The view is spectacular, the buffet offers a wide variety of options, though not everything was great. The staff were very friendly. About 90% of the guests are seniors. They wake-up very early and take all the best sunbathing spots and they’re not even there for most of the day. By 8am there aren’t spots left. You’ll end up in the last row with no view. They don’t consume anything, at breakfast, it’s shocking to see how they take things, some even fill their bottles with water, fruit, bread, butter, jams… it was awful to see. ...Read more

Disappointed with the room which was standard size , comfy bed , good bathroom without bath . Balcony view very poor , did not use Pools were nice but surrounding areas far too busy with the usual culprits bagging the best beds at dawn ! Hated being so close to other guests Large hotel and too many people
Big comfortable room and bathroom, with balcony. Excellent breakfast and dinner, catering for every palate. The 2 Smaller restaurants have less choices. Pool bars are also good
It is a big touristy hotel, but in the garden there are 3 pools, so the crowd is not so bad.
All staff were absolutely brilliant, they are a credit to the hotel.

Very good facilities and the hotel is located in an excellent location. The room was a very good size and the choice of breakfast and dinner were excellent.
We really enjoyed the food as there was a great variety of options, and most dishes were delicious. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the sea. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Our room was cleaned daily, and we received fresh towels every day, sometimes even twice a day.
The price for the stay felt quite high. While most of the food was great, the scrambled eggs at breakfast were a bit soggy, and the desserts weren’t that good. We stayed on the bottom floor and unfortunately found a cockroach inside one night. The pillows were also too high for my comfort.
The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the food and above all the friendliness of the staff
