Internet speeds were atrocious (DSL). Internet WiFi wasn't password-protected. The download speeds were less than 2 Mb/s and the upload speeds were less than 1 Mb/s. This is less than internet speeds 10+ years ago. This is not high speed internet.I would NOT recommend this hotel for business until the internet speeds are resolved. I will not be staying here again when I do business in Alpharetta.
being walking distance to many shopping and restaurants
noIt was a nice stay.
almost everything - the staff, location. I always stay at laquinta suites and would have it no other way. I wish they could improve on the breakfast bar somewhat, but it is fair.Great place and well worth the price.
Convince to event.
Forced in a smoking room with two children without any apology.Would have been very pleased had the staff not been rude. I should have been warned at time of booking that no non smoking rooms were available. Won't pick that hotel in the future and my stop using Priceline.
location is good for the area the hotel is in.
Staff having friends in the lobby at such late hours. new beds are needed for shure.Over all good hotel chain and they will go out of there way to help you the best they know how.
The staff was excellent and very helpful.
The room did seem like it could have had a better cleaning. The wireless internet is rather slow if you're trying to do anything other then read emails.Overall the stay was excellent. I highly recommend staying here. I had a smoking room which I requested, it did smell like a smoking room which is given. I thought that room could have been cleaned a bit better before I stayed. Everything else was great, the rate was very reasonable, my room was very quiet. The location is excellent there are many places to eat and many shopping options within a really short walking distance.
I like the room and the carpet are clean and neat
Common areas are not cleanGood
Everything. It was filthy, noisy, the carpets smelled bad, and my 80 year old mother who stayed there for two nights has developed pneumonia! She was scheduled to stay three nights but she couldn't. She was sick from the smell. There was no front desk attendant when we arrived early evening for check-in. The elevators were filled with dirt, dust, and what appeared to be lint near the door's threshold. The air circulation felt terrible by the second night. The room lacked proper hygiene for human use.
The price. They charged an astronomical price because the proximity to the venue. Not only that, but they retroactively charged others because they found that they could get more money for rooms. The regular price was xxx/night which I probably wouldn't have been pleased to pay that for the condition of the room. We paid xxxx/night plus tax. Way to price gouge. Also their TVs only had 37 channels. If you're there for a concert, they're pretty lax on the marijuana smoking. This was not a plus for us, not for it or against it. But if you have children stay away. And there was a guy at the pool that sliced his hand on some unknown object and had to get stitches. I work in the tourism business and we have people complain about ridiculous things. So I feel I'm generally pretty fair. Over all, I feel like it wasn't worth it.
Location to Verizon wireless amphitheater.
The price. Ridiculously expensive for the quality of the hotel.
