Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is located nine miles from the city and is one of the largest airports in the world. Many travelers refer to the airport as a "little city." Main Terminal

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport features one Main Terminal and five concourses. Arrivals and Schiphol Plaza is located on the lower level of the terminal. This area contains hotel, shuttles, car rental booths, public transportation, baggage claim, and Passport control. Departures, Lounges, and Holland's Blvd are located on the middle level of the terminal. This area contains check-in, Post Office Service, and concourses. Concourse B contains gates B1 - B19. Concourse C contains gates C2 - C18. Concourse D contains gates D1 - D58. Concourse E contains gates E2 - E24. Concourse F contains gates F2 - F9. Concourse G contains gates G2 - G9. The upper level contains gates D59-D87.
