Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Amsterdam and accessing transport. Many highlighted the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, reviews were mixed regarding service and cleanliness, with some guests experiencing issues with staff attitude, room cleaning, and payment processes. Noise from nearby bars was a common concern, particularly for rooms facing the street. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out as positives, some operational and comfort aspects detracted from the experience.
