We have stayed here several times. The rooms are always clean and the grounds are well maintained. We enjoy the close proximity to Disneyland and the plentiful breakfast each morning. We will stay here on any future trips to Disneyland.
The breakfast area can become over crowded at times. Not a fan of the added cost for parking.
Loved the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were very comfy and clean. The continental breakfast was amazingly good!
Having to pay for parking
I loved how close the hotel was to the park. And we could see the fireworks from our hotel!
The breakfast was edible but not great. And we had to pay for parking which when I asked said it was free.
The room was very clean. The location was good.
The room was very small. Probably the smallest hotel room ive ever stayed in. I guess i should have done a little more research but i assumed it would be a decent size given that i requested two queen beds. For my family of 4 it was a bit annoying trying to get around. Especially since the chair to the desk was too big for the desk therefore couldn't be pushed it all the way and it was sticking out. We managed but definitely wouldst stay in a room that size again. We also had ants. Didn't bother me too much, just figured i would mention it so they could let their pest control know.
Paying for parking separate when the ad said parking included
Second stay. Both visits have been nice. Small, but clean room. Good proximity to D-land. Continental breakfast could use more variety from day to day. Staff helpful and friendly.
Couldn't beat the price this close to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Great location Clean rooms Good breakfast
Breakfast staff could be more friendly.
Booking the hotel room was easy! The day before I got a text from the hotel saying to let them know if I had any questions about the hotel and confirming my arrival time. I was excited thinking that they were on top of it. How ever upon arrival that changed.
Parking at the hotel was CRAZY! You paid $10 per night for a spot, however after leaving for dinner and coming back there were no spots left. We were told to just park on a red curb in the lot. So now im paying to park illegally. The WiFi was very slow. Rooms were really cramped. And we paid for a King room and got a double bed.
We stayed here recently while my teenagers attended the Vidcon convention - The convention center is across the street Disney is also walking distance. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need even fridge and microwave. The continental breakfast had lots of variety and helped get an easy early start to the day. The pools and hot tubs were great and they played Disney movies at sunset then around 9:30 hang around to watch the Disney fireworks.
There is a funny smell in the lobby office area maybe the cleaner they're using - not sure - but only in that area.
This hotel was convenient to everything in anaheim, yet it was extremely affordable. The rooms were nice and comfortable, complete with microwave, coffe maker, and refrigerator. The breakfast was more than expected. This is a perfect place for a family traveling to anaheim on a budget! Oh and the staff was so friendly and accommodating!
Parking was a bit crowded but nothing horrible.
Location was fantastic. You can see the fireworks at Disney Land from the pool. I appreciated that there was 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. They also had cabanas around the pools. Very nice set up. Breakfast was pretty good. Descent selection and they had food set up in various spits so I didn't have to wait too long to get what I wanted.
Clean, continental breakfast, friendly staff.
Parking runs out on busy days, and costs $10 a day, even if there are no spots left. Noisy children outside of hotel rooms.
Close to Disneyland. Only about a 20 minute walk to entance of actual box offices. Good continental breakfast. French toast sticks, fresh fruit, cereal, sausage, toast, donuts, bagels, among other items. nicely decorated for Spring in breakfast area. Comfortable beds, lots of amenities in rooms. Clean. Easy checkout. Love being able to purchase Disneyland tickets at front desk.
Eggs in Continental Breakfast were dry, flavorless and gross. No ice machine anywhere around breakfast area. Looked like one had been on that floor, but possibly ripped out. Juices were warm. Lobby smelled funny....almost like pet urine. Not happy with how their merchant services for credit cards are set up. They authorized total of $750 to debit card for room and DLand tickets on a Sunday. By Tuesday morning, the authorization had fallen off and the money back in my account. Luckily I noticed this, because I would have thought I had more money than I do and could have been charged overdraft fees when it most likely falls off again permanently tonight. This is not the bank's doing, but the processor they use.
Location is close to convention center and Disneyland. Rooms are nicely appointed, but a bit cramped with 2 double beds and a table. Breakfast includes many selections and good value. Attendants do a good job.
The a/c is very loud and makes it extremely difficult to get a decent nights sleep.
This hotel has the best location!! The breakfast was good. The staff was great. Room was clean & beds are comfortable
The heater/air unit was so loud. Also I would like to stay on the top floor next time as the other hotel guests were very loud walking back to their rooms at night. The coffee at the breakfast was gross.
Customer service was bad. Not enough parking
The staff was nice and friendly and the continental breakfast was the best i had before.
Had trouble finding parking in the lot
It was only about 2 blocks from the a grand CA hotel which we used as a shortcut to downtown Disney. Really disappointing otherwise.
There were roaches in the bathroom so we switched rooms and the second room had even more. There was even a cocoon like thing they seemed to have hatched from it was absolutely disgusting. To top it off on the 2nd day of our stay there the room wasn't cleaned which is probably why they have roaches. I attempted to leave but since I booked it through Kayak there was nothing the hotel staff could do and they tried which I can appreciate.
You can't beat the location.
I thought I booked a one queen or king sized bed room but instead we were stuck in 2 full sized beds. I called the front desk and they said that because I booked through a third party there was nothing they could do. It was pretty disappointing.
It was close to disney, and the rooms were clean.
The staff was not really pleasant this trip (normally they are fine). Rooms area little cramped. The breakfast has gone downhill.
There were many cockroaches in our room we found them everywhere it was disgusting
They had hidden fees, so when I arrived I had to pay $10/ per day to park at the hotel.
