Pros (+) Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate great customer service and that is what I received here. The room was beautiful. Especially the desk and sitting area. I am a writer and the desk chair was so comfortable that I may return just for a mini writer's retreat. Cons (-) I've stayed here twice before and it was great. This time, no housekeeping. Elevators not working and you needed to step over piles of garbage to use the service elevator. Starbucks in the lobby just didn't open Sunday morning. Staff unaware why or even that it wasn't open even though they were looking right at a dark restaurant.
