The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is very dated. The walls are paper-thin. Was woken up numerous times by people talking in the room next door. Breakfast was pretty weird - delicious baked goods coupled with bruised fruit and weak coffee. We will not be staying here again. No way this should be rated as a 3 star hotel.
Free parking and proximity to freeway.
Insects! Flying bugs in our bathroom and hovering over pastries at free breakfast. Dirty carpets, furnishings; cheap fixtures in room and lobby; guest use same elevator as housekeeping = lots of rides with bags of dirty laundry and garbage. Disgusting.See above.
Continental breakfast has no food - literally empty trays, empty milk dispenserNo worth the 3 star. 2 stars at max.
Very Clean and fresh smelling, free shuttle, Continental breakfast, lots of parking (although a little too dark), close to highway and Bellevue Sq. Mall
Website says fruit bowl in lobby (they stopped that benefit), GYM closed (website did not mention that), takes long time to get hot water flowing, no whole wheat breakfast items (bread, pastries, bagels-all white flour). Beds too soft. Pillows too thick. In my opinion, this hotel should be rated 2.5 stars. Still, for the rate I paid, I got full value for my money.
location and price.
Red stain on floor that could have been blood, shower drain drained very slowly.I don't think this Hotel qualifies as a 3 star Hotel more like a 2 1/2 star in my opinion.
I have told priceline several times that this hotel absolutely does not qualify as a 3-star hotel. Bad gym, small room, beaten down carpets, slow service.do not book this hotel unless you are willing to visit a 2-star hotel, way overrated at 3-stars
Great location, Wholefoods next door, Restaurant in hotel was good.
A bit outdated. Rooms are not worthy three stars.Solid hotel, a bit outdated. I would rate it lower than three stars. Good location, friendly staff.
Location, location for downtown Bellevue
The room assigned was in use. They did however make up for it with a suite. The hotel is old and looks used. It's clean but even the suite furniture was used looking.
Not much to be honest,
hotel was run down. Staff put me in a bad location next to elevator. Thisusually happens when using priceline. Amenities in room were sub par. This hotel was not representative of its star level. I've been using priceline for 6 yrs and have noticed over the last 12 mos that the value per star level has changed across the country. As a result, I'm now starting to look at other booking services, which is a shame. I used to love Priceline, but the value is just not what it used to be. This hotel should be a 2-2.5 star level
