This hotel was rated 4 stars, but it was a 1 or 2 star hotel at best. Because we booked through Travelocity we didn't qualify for the airport shuttle. The carpet was ripped and the air conditioner was leaking all over the floor.
The hotel provides excellent service and I find the bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast is varied with waffles, cereal, eggs and delicious breads and biscuits. The pool, hot tub and Jacuzzi tubs make the stay pleasant and relaxing. This is my first choice and I return when I am in Bellingham.
I was so happy with the friendliness of the staff, the clean and beautiful room, much better than I anticipated, and the delicious waffles served in the morning.
Presidential suite needed a design and repair overhaul. Bed was very hard, had to ask for more mattress pads for comfort. Breakfast was one of those cheesy continental (carb-loaded) affairs. Not impressed.
We were actually very surprised at the size of this suite and appreciated the sitting room part of it. It was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was adequate but not as good as some hotels where we've stayed. On the other hand, we didn't get to the breakfast room the first morning until after nine, so the food was fairly picked over. We would definitely recommend Quality Inn Suites to everyone. Free Wi Fi was very appreciated.
This hotel is a great value for an overnight stay; The room was clean and comfortable; The courtesy breakfast was more than enough, with coffee/tea available 24 hours.
hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our experience with the hotel.
We were pleasantly surprised. This hotel was immaculately maintained. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked nice. They had a beautiful pool area and although it was closed for this time of year it definitely would be great in the sun. If we were up this way again we would likely stay here. In room wireless was a big plus as well.
I like this hotel however, I don't recommend taking a room with a pullout bed. That bed is not comfortable at all. There is opportunity improve breakfast by adding fresh eggs as supposed to boiled cold eggs. I would definitively stay if my travel brings to Bellingham area, also recommend to friends and family. The pool was closed and did not use the hot tub which was open at the time.
Very uncomfortable beds so we didn't get much sleep. It was fairly quiet and cheap to stay. By the mall so their was a lot of traffic getting to and from WWU.
I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the hot tub and free breakfast. Also, the staff were helpful when needed.
My experience at this hotel was very comfortable. and enjoyable. The breakfast was delightful and welcome. The only thing I found wrong was the pool was outside and not inside. It would have been nice to have the option or to have the inside pool as here in Bellingham, the weather is not all that warm for most of the year. The people and rooms were very nice, and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
Had a 'suite' for family of four, looks like they added a small refrigerator and micro in the corner in order to call it a suite. Otherwise, it's a normal hotel room. Clean, fine staff, nice breakfast included and my kids liked the pool!
When we arrived after a long days travel it was 34 degrees outside, and so was the room! (the heat had been off) I went to the desk to change to a warm room, and the nite manager said she'd give us extra blankets and the rooms heat up quick. I called her twice more, same story - and a half hour later the room was still cold! We asked for a warm room or a refund - nothing doing so we went next door where the helpful staff gave us a warm room. online travel arranged a refund for us next day.
