Room was very spacious, great shower, fridge, separate kitchen area, king bed. Free internet. Quiet.
Long black hairs on pillow, dead fleas between sheets. Could not get room comfortable because heater thermostat knob missing, stuck on HIGH. Worried about my car, as iron fence all around told me there could be vandalism but had open access. If they could fix the heater and make sure the bed clothes are clean I would have enjoyed my stay. Also somehow secure parking area. (Also I smelled slight cigarette smoke, could have been the bed. I asked for a non-smoking room.) It's close to where I visit in the area and would like to go there again but not until things are right. Worse was the hairs on the pillows and the fleas. DISGUSTING.
Broken screens in all windows. No fitted sheets on bed, Sheets weren't proper size to fit. Window lock was broken.Room was clean. Staff was ok. For a cheaper price, I'd stay there again.
There was nothing good about this Hotel. Through Priceline I was charged XXX a night, but the sign in front of the Hotel advertising for XXX a night.
I'm actually surprised that Priceline advertises this kind of hotels on their website. I cannot say enough bad things about this hotel. The room was like an oven, hair all over the bed and the bathroom. The white towels were yellowish. Prostitutes soliciting in the hallway in the middle of the night. People screaming, running around, fighting, breaking bottles in the middle of the night in the Hallway. I called downstairs to complain and I was asked to call the cops instead. This place was more like a whorehouse then anything else. The rooms were mostly used by Prostitutes to carry their business.
it was the cheapest hotel available in the area, in more ways than one.
took about 15 minutes to check us in, even though we were the only ones there. the walls of the rooms were very thin and there were some late night guests that were very 'active'.
The staff was horrible and RUDE! I hated everything about the hotel! The rooms were disgusting!!!
The staff was horrible, the rooms were filthy, the towels were filthy, there were wasps in the lobby. This has to be the worst place to stay in the entire world. From the moment I walked in, from the moment I left. I didn't even stay here, I cut my losses and found another hotel. Ended up staying at the Holiday Inn. From the moment I walked in the owner started me down and then there were wasps flying around in the lobby! I must have entered in the wrong number of people because I had 4 but it said I had 2, for some reason that matters, because she was very rude about it. When we got in the room there was a giant hole in our comforter. There was lipstick on the towels, hair on the towels and bed, and dirt on the towels. I brought the towels down to the owner, (also the front desk person) and showed her the towels and told her they were disgusting...
There is nothing to like about this hotel
This was one of the worst dumps I've ever stayed in--I would have been more comfortable on a park bench than the mattress on the bed, the rugs were stained and dirty, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and there were dead bugs on the windowsillMy recommendation is that no one should even consider staying here--this place is absolutely awful. Surely there are other hotels that are reasonably priced that offer comfort and cleanliness, but this hotel is definitely not one of them.
The location was horrible, The workers were horrible, rood and very unprofessional
it was a horrible experience I ever had, it smelled like some poor village in IndiaAll travelers not to go close to this hotel, it was not clean , smelled horrible, and the people were very rood and unprofessional.
The price, which was pretty much the same even without Priceline.
No late check out, no iron to get clothes ready in the morning, not furnished very well at all.If you are looking for a quick stay to get you through the night so you can venture on in the city of Northridge then this will be fine for you. But don't expect anything else other than a box to house you and a bed to sleep in with a very small flat screen regular def. T.V.. There is no late check out, only one light in the room, no nightstand lamps, 2 bath mat sized towels to dry off with, no amenities to really mention. If you are not out by 11:00 a.m. then you pay another full nights stay. I will say that it was rather easy to check in and very hassle free but I would think most hotels would be the same way. Don't expect a breakfast in the morning, unless you want to use the 2-piece toaster and microwave that sits on a ledge in the upper outside hall of the second floor location. In my...
