Pros (+) Customer service was ok.
Cons (-) You could hear the people in the next room conversation. You could also hear the people screaming in the pool on the first floor. The rooms are very dark in terms of color it makes the vibe in the room weird and there were a few spots on the wall it just does not feel comfortable at all the sheets and blankets weren't comfortable nor soft . needs a major upgrade .

Pros (+) The staff was helpful fast and friendly . The room was so nice and clean . The bathroom was big and clean very spa like feel to the room ! The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave . Room service was excellent !!
Cons (-) There was nothing I didn't like .
