the rooms was the nicest I stayed in but they never came to clean our room or my friends room. At 4:00pm we asked for towels said they were short staff they will try to get to our room. By then we had to get ready for a weeding. The hotel itself was great
my truck was hit in the parking lot they told us three days in a row they would view the cameras and give us a description of the vehicle and lic# that hit us the very first night.Never got back to us this is not saying much about the staff or manager.
Very helpful and friendly staff. The place is new, modern, and well-appointed. We were NOT nickeled-and-dimed for every little thing--let alone gouged. Bottled water is complementary, and so was a meal, beer and wine, and breakfast. We'll be back!!
There was NOTHING to dislike. Every aspect of the stay was wonderful. Never been to a hotel with nicer and friendlier staff.
Very Clean and Nice. The breakfast was good as expected. We were satisfied and would come again if we return to the same area.
I would have prefered that the room be cheaper and the pool bigger - but I would come again.
New hotel, very friendly staff, lots of space.
The breakfast, while free, wasn't the best free breakfast I've ever had. The eggs were cold and they were out of a lot of stuff. I prefer the breakfast at a Residence Inn by far.
Definitely would stay again. Worth the distance.
We really liked the complimentary hot tea and coffee that was always available. It made us feel right at home(wood)! Although we didn't use all the utensils and gadgets in the kitchen it was nice that they were there just in case.
The hot water temperature in our shower was a little too low for our liking.
Great pool / workout center and outdoor spaces.
4th floor hallway needed vacuuming. Lots of little stuf in doorways and along the walls.
Great unexpected surprise...Nice large room and spacious for a family of 4 with 2 young children.
Gorgeous, convenient, spacious, friendly, new
full hot breakfast buffet; pet friendly
Everything. Courteous, helpful staff. Check in/out was a breeze. Dinner was scrumptious, stuffed peppers, green beans, rolls and salad bar. The beer and wine was a nice bonus. Breakfast was equally impressive, great variety. Pool area was very inviting.
Only disappointment was the outside temperature in the 20's so we couldn't enjoy the amazing patio and fireplace. But, what can you expect, its February in Virginia. It will always be our first choice when traveling to Charlottesville.
