The “manager” working at pickup was rude and nasty. The pickup process was not timely. The car wasn’t cleaned and was missing a headlight which they said don’t worry about it is only a fog light so you can’t get a ticket!10.0 Wonderful

I did not like that Herts tried to charge me $40 when I could not change my original reservation to start earlier so I canceled that reservation and made a new one for the same dates and pick up and drop off just longer house and upgrade of car. Helpful staff, but the super sneaky and difficult policies really make me never want to rent from this place again. Spirit changed my flight and I had to pay a rebooking fee just to change a couple hours over. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I really didn't enjoy dealing with the whole ordeal. I have to drop off exactly where I picked up otherwise... you guessed it... a fee. Car was not that clean and the handles for seat adjustment were sticky. Gross. If you are fine dealing with a little hassle or potential disappointment for a decent rate, this might be a good fit.10.0 Wonderful
