Airport ShuttlesSeveral Cleveland-area hotels offer shuttle service to and from the Airport. The Sheraton Airport Hotel is on the Airport grounds, with a free shuttle located outside the lower Baggage Claim area. About 18 other hotels provide shuttle service that can be accessed in the same roadway island outside Doors #2 through #5 located outside the lower level Baggage Claims. Hotel courtesy phones can be found at the Traveler's Information Center boards near the lower level Exit door #2 and between Exit door's #5 and #6. Limousine ServicesAt least 36 limousine services have permits authorizing them to wait for scheduled passenger pickups on the Airport grounds and are listed on the Airport's website. Other state-licensed limo services can be arranged, but they must have the obligatory permit. Travelers are responsible for arranging their own limo services. Taxi ServicesTaxi pickup is available outside Door #1 of the Baggage Claims level. Rates are meter-computed, starting at $2.80 for 1/16 of a mile or less and $.40 per each quarter-mile or less thereafter. Wait time is $.25 per minute or $15 per hour.
