Spectacular ocean front views. Great location, close to down town. Beautiful design. I went in the low season and so the price was great -- $142 a night. Awesome price for this hotel!!! You will be hard pressed to find another hotel with such views at this price. They provide bicycles to ride for free. Great staff.
VERY crappy wi-fi signal. No wi-fi signal in the rooms. Very small food portions and limited selection of food. No refrigerator in room.

Hotel B has a nice swim and lounge area, seaside backdrop, ocean access, pleasing aesthetic interiors (though cliche and a bit too hip). The restaurant was decent but nothing to write home about. The kitchen and grounds staff were nice. Hotel B has other services (spa, activities area - paddle boarding, scuba and snorkel) but we didn't try them.
The customer service was terrible. We were appalled at the attitude and approach taken by the concierge and reservations staff -- a perfect example of how poor management can make or break an experience. From the start, the reception staff were very disorganized, unpolished and rude. Each time we entered the lobby we felt like intruders. We had some issues with our reservation, booked online which would have been no big deal if they had been more professional. However they came across as scattered and had we not been paying attention, we would have been charged twice for a room we had already paid for.
For a quiet relaxing time, it was perfect for us. It has it's own quaint sandy beach on a rocky shoreline which has an abundance of fish and coral for snorkelling!
