The location was great. Only about 15 mins from Disneyland and about a half hour from long beach
The staff really didn't engage with us muchOverall the hotel was great. Great location. Great breakfast. Beautiful modern suite :-)
The hotel was an all suites hotel, but not two of our three rooms. The two rooms were smaller than a regular hotel room. There was no room for a chair in the rooms.
Nice quiet locaiton. Free parking. Really good breakfast
Substantial upgrade fee if you need more than a tiny room with just a king size bed (technically a bedroom lock-off to their suites). For the first time ever, the room we reserved through Priceline was just not acceptable. I researched the hotel prior to booking and understood it to be an ¿all suite¿ hotel, so I assumed I was reserving a suite. Come to find out, some hotels sell their single room ¿lock offs¿ to Priceline. Since we were traveling with our children a tiny room with only a king size bed simply wouldn¿t work. This particular hotel does NOT offer roll-away beds because (in their own words) ¿they offer suites, so they don¿t have a need for roll-away beds¿. So¿our only option was to pay a hefty upgrade fee (I don¿t think I¿m allowed to put exact dollar amounts here, but just our additional upgrade charges, not including what we¿d already paid in advance, totaled ¿hundreds¿ bec...
The suite The breakfast The bed was very comfortable. Full kitchen.
NoIt was very nice .I will choose it every time in future
not at all as advertised. didnt stay even tho we paid.horribleterrible. do not stay here.
This was the smallest room I've ever stayed at. They also would not give me a room with two queens. No desk. Super small. I don't agree this is 3 stars.
The room that we got was a 'lock off' room from another suite. While that was fine, some of the basic amenities were not included such as an ice bucket and the television was very small in size.
Close to knotts berry farm and not too far from disney. In a safe industrial area. Lot of restaurants close by. The room was small but neat and functional.
The hotel is being renovated. Priceline rooms are the bedroom of what used to be a suite. So the room was a little small. The biggest issue is the walls between the small room we were in and what was the living room of the former suite are paper thin.Staff were very nice. Hotel is currently being renovated by hyatt. We did not hear any noise from this though. Free hot breakfast was excellent. The statf keep it stocked and the food was very good. Close to orange county attractions and in a safe area.
location and brand
the room smelled badliked the location and the free breakfast but te room smelled bad. My husband checked in and immediately showered and we went to a meeting. when we returned it was 10:30 so I felt it was too late to complain.
