A bit noisy near highway
Hotel seemed clean and it was near the interstate.
Could hear toouch outside noise to sleep. Breakfast was not too good.
Enjoyed the stay so much after we stayed on our way on the vacation that we stayed again on the way back.
They were clean and newer looking and had a great breakfast.
Close to interstate highway. noisy. Walk from room to lobby is outdoor but covered at lest to keep you from getting wet
room was smaller than a shoebox - very unlike a typical Hampton room. Way too many spots reserved for their diamond customers for parking. This was barely a Hampton level hotel.
I love staying at this hotel. I feel so pampered there.
the room had all the luxuries you hope for in a hotel. the bedding was sparkling white, the room was quiet, and the breakfast was beynd the usual.
My husband and I stay at Hampton Inn in Dalton, Ga. every time we go to Florida. We are senior citizens who can only drive so far on a long trip, it's a great stop to get off the road early, coming from St. Louis, MO. We always get a disablility room, so we don't have to carry luggage too far or up steps. We love the free breakfasts which we can eat in our room and have a leisurely morning getting ready for the road again, the food is excellent. This Hampton Inn is located in the middle of a Outlet Mall, so there's alot of shopping to do in the evening before we settle in for the nite. The beds are very comfortalbe especially for someone who has a bad back! Once we were in FL when a hurricane was coming to the Daytona area, we left FL early that morning and drove to Dalton, when we woke up the next morning, dozens and dozens of FL people were staying there too and the breakfast room was busy with all the talk of the hurricane and how lucky everyone was to get to Hampton Inn in Dalton, GA.
My stay at the Hampton Inn in Dalton, Ga. was a very pleasant one. The staff greeted me with friendliness and my room was great - very spacious and very clean. The huge bed was probably the most comfortable one I've slept on in any hotel. It was the perfect firmness, with a hint of softness, and the down comforter was warm and cozy. Overall, I had a great stay, which by the way was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day since I was in town visiting family. The Hampton Inn stay made my Christmas away from home a merry one!
The hotel was well located near many dining opportunities, the discount malls and not far from downtown. The room was very clean and comfortable but the breakfast buffet could have had more variety.
Converting these old hotel rooms/properties into something they can never be leaves something to be desired. I have always stayued at Hamptons but this property is an old property that has been converted. Small rooms and outside entrances to rooms. The chain needs to rethink their standards if they want to convert cut rate properties into something they are not and charging custom, ers for it just because it is a Hampton franchise.
We had a wonderful stay. We had driven all day and made it as far as this area. We were tired and ready to crash. The beds were comfortable. Wide variety of foods for breakfast.
This has been our 1st stop going north and last stop going south for 12yrs. as many as 4 times per yr. It has always been a top notch experience
This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The rooms aren't anything fancy, but they are clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good. Again, nothing fancy, but a nice selection of cereals, muffins, danishes, and fruit. They also have a rotating dish. One morning it was ham and scrambled eggs, the next day it was biscuits and gravy. They have 4 different types of juice and 3 different coffees. If you are looking for a hotel to get a good night's rest, this is a great choice.
