The staff was very helpful and personable. Very nice rooms. Clean
Would have liked to have a continental breakfast.
It's close to everything yet because it's set off the beaten path feels secluded!
Clean rooms, updated hotel
Room had no amenities in it, soaps, shampoos, lotions, coffee, cups
Femal evening desk clerk was rude and unfriendly when i asked for change to do laundry at about 10:00 PM. She was talking with another employee who was breaking down the bar area to close and seemingly inconvenienced. The clerks at check-in were awesome!
Loved the bartender
It was very nice and easy to find and close to the event we were going to!
Very clean, the check in lady was more than helpful, she was friendly and it was a pleasure checking in.
I liked the lobby area. Very comfortable and spacious.
The distance from the airport.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds
Bring your own pillow!Odd location
Clean room and friendly service
Cleaned my room even tho i had the No Disturb Sign up. Had to go ask for my stuff back that they had taken out of room
Overall pretty standard hotel, staff was nice, room was adequate, parking ample.
Very difficult location to find and access. My bathroom had hair on the floor that wasn't mine. Decor was very dated.
Everything about the room and the staff was excellent.
There were no places to eat in the immediate area.
The close proximity to Johnson and Wales University. I also enjoyed the coffee in the lobby!
Liked the bed
Did not like the noisy hard to control heating unit
Not a bad place to crash for a night after a late flight
Hard to get to , breakfast was overpriced and poor quality
Rooms and staff were exceptional
You have to pay for breakfast $12! You have to pay for premium internet. Both these items are free in a one or two star hotel
I found the access to the location was hard to get to. Not a good place because of the poor accessibility.
cost of breakfast
Nothing is against the hotel, but I booked it through online bidding but there was no choice for me to choose one bed or two beds. By the time I arrived I was told that there wa only King size.I hope I was given the choice before or after the bidding.
Overall, it needs to improve in order to be a 3 star.
Breakfast was supposed to come with the room the hotel wanted to charge $12.95 per person for breakfast and there was no towels in the pool area
The staff was very nice.
The location was awful and it was moth migration season. I have never heard of such a thing. When we got in the room, there was about 10-15 moths. I got them all out, but they kept reappearing. We think they came through air conditioner. No warning.
room was good size
they did not clean public areas....esp the trash bin outside our room. Overflowing with garbage may days
Not Much just a weird feeling/ Said it had a lounge, just a few beers in a cooler behind the counter, said restaurant, No way,
Almost everything except the staff who were very nice / Just not a pleasant experience, felt like we were in a Motel 6 in a bad part of town.
The bed was comfortable.
The walls were too thin to muffle the hallway or next room sounds very much, and the plumbing made it sound as if the occupants of the room above were right inside your bathroom. I've not been in such a poorly sound-insulated hotel for decades.
location. Mapquest did not get me there. If you don't know where it is it can be a nightmare to get to. After that it is ok.
Bed was comfortable
The bathrooms and hallways were from the 1970's needs updating, most hotel offer complimentary Breakfast they charged $11.99
I showed up to check in & the lady told me im not in the computer but they had the fax of my confirmation it took me 30 more min of just standing @ the counter waiting for her to finally get a hold of someone just to check me in horrible experience
They let us check in early
The staff always left the curtains open when they cleaned allowing anyone to come look in our room windows while we were gone. We were told there was a complimentary breakfast and then were charged $25 for it. It is not very easy to find off the road.
The room was clean and very quiet.
There was no breakfast included, even though the priceline description said the hotel had free breakfast!!!! This error ended up costing me extra money and time. BOOOO!!!
The beds were not comfortable. I did not like the fact that there wasn't a sink in the same room as the toilet. Breakfast was not complimentary. Staff was not polite. Hotel was confusing to reach from the highway.
Very cramped on space for star level, one small trash can and no cups or glasses replaced for second day of stay.
I stayed a couple nights in Stapelton, it was good. The Pool was clean and the rooms as well. But the breakfast was a kind of overprized. We got a way better room the nights after that for the same prize in Denver Downtown. The Stapelton Shopping Mall is within walking distance, however you have to take a cap over there, because there is no way to cross the Interstate. The staff was really nice and helpful, rooms clean and the bed comfy. I loved the little bath and body works lotion and shampoo. I would go there again, if I would have a car, otherwise its hard to get aorund. Free Internet was provided onny in the lobby.
The Hotel was hard to get to, even after calling the Hotel from a block or so away. It's right by the free way which you have to take to get pretty much anywhere. To get on and off the freeway,(to reach the Hotel), is a bit problematic as well. The Hotel is all right but I would not book it again.
I booked the room thinking I was paying as much as I would at any other hotel in the area....wrong! I got two nights for the price of one! When I arrived, till the time I left, the staff was wonderful. This is a quality hotel with a beautiful view from the pool onto the courtyard. The room was clean and the view from the balcony was very nice.\n\nBreakfast for three days was included...yet another surprise. There were some issues with noisy guests, but the staff didn't hesitate to call the police and have them removed from the property.\n\nI just can't say enough about my stay. Thank you to all the staff and I will stay again the next time I am in Colorado!
Our rooms were cramped, the cursing staff was unproffessional ... from the ''free'' continental breakfast that was not FREE to the fire alarms going off all night long with the front desk telling us to stay in our room...they don't think (but aren't sure) this is a real fire multiple times this has been the nightmare trip to Denver! With each moment at the hotel we were more and more upset and wishing we'd booked down the street!
