Everything was so clean & updated.
They changed the pet policy to no pets allowed.
Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast wonderful.
Location, cleanliness and breakfast buffet
Bathroom door did not lock
The price was right and it was convenient as it is right off the highway. The staff were very attentive and the breakfast was warm and filling. We were going to stay one night but stayed 3 becauSe it was cheaper than anything in the Area.
The bathrooms were not the cleanest. I was afraid to walk in there barefoot as it seemed they had not been mopped in awhile. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. If it were not for the price we probably would have stayed elseware as far as cleainess go
Super Friendly staff at front desk. Very clean and quiet room.
We stay here often on our trips from MA to AL. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The property is consistently clean, aesthetically pleasing and offers a great free breakfast. A very comfortable hotel directly off the highway.
Room were spacious and clean
The pool was gross..it was indoor and a green color.. it had a slime on tip of the water.
check in was quick and room was clean
only one elevator, was slow
Staff very nice and helpful
hard to find from the street
The nicest staff...even tried to remind us to not forget our chargers..
Friendly staff and clean, updated property. Great breakfast.
We had a king bed room for my husband, daughter and me. I should have called the hotel directly ahead of time and asked for 2 beds. We arrived so late after driving 12 hours, that once we saw the room we were too tired to take the time to ask to change.
Clean room friendly front desk and cleaning staff
Breakfast selection could have been better
Carpet was wet...smelled that 'wet rug' smell all night.. Booked room for 3 adults/1 teenager......upon arrival only room available was one with a king bed. Type of room should have been disclosed by priceline.....won't use priceline again.
Came for family day at Virginia Tech, Although we were 30 minutes away the drive was quiet and once we got back to the room it was easy to relax. The breakfast really got us going in the morning. Thanks for the great stay.
a bit too noisy, but in defense of Holiday Inn Express, there was an all-(giggly)girls softball team staying on same floor.
Once we found the hotel, we were pleased with our selection. Mapquest & Google maps do not locate the place properly. Both showed it on the north side of rte. 81 while it was actually on the south side of rte. 81.
Our stay at the Dublin Holiday Inn was great, The room was great, the reception was great, the housekeeping was great and the food was great!
This hotel is perfect for the person or family traveling through: clean, neat, comfortable, and welcoming. I arrived about 7:15, was checked in very quickly, and offered coffee and cookies available in the lobby. My room (single King) was on the third, top floor, and was huge for one person. Room was very clean and well maintained. There was new carpet on the floor that kept the door from closing with a little help, but I can live with that one. A goodie bag with an apple, popcorn pack, and tea bags was on the desk. The room had a small microwave and a good-sized fridge. Bathroom was fully stocked and clean. I had a great night sleep. Breakfast was standard for HIE and very good. All-in-all a very good hotel. The owners/operators do care about the hotel and how it is receive by the public. If you're traveling I-81 and need a place to stay, this place is great.
we have stayed in Holiday Inn Express before and have loved it this one was terrible, over booked for staff they ran out of hot water in (am) The breakfast was horrible they had these egg/pancake things that were so bad you didnt know what to do with them, no muffins, no bagels or fruit over crowded and just not enough of anything. Food was presented in packages not out for you to easily get. Room was very small.
We stayed two nights, This may have been one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. Highly recommended. And I am very hard to please.'
