Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and located near many shopping centers and one mall. Also a variety of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend staying.
The people. Lovely woman at front desk when I came in and she was there the next morning. She had a lovely gentleman help me with computer problems. Breakfast was great.
The room looks very inviting and cozy. Enjoy having a refrigerator in the room.
Great customer service, clean room and wonderful breakfast. If you have to be in the crappy city of Fayetville for any reason, stay here. It will make the experience less painful.
Confusing at first to find but no problems after.
It was a great hotel! Everyone was nice, it was very clean, and the finishes were up to date. Great breakfast! Wonderful water pressure in shower!
Beds were too hard. This made it hard to get comfy and fall asleep. Refrigerator also made an annoying buzzing sound which didn't help!
Good staff, clean hotel that was well kept with room extras like coffee pot in room, Microwave, refrigerator. the breakfast was good with good seating and good selection.
Front desk staff. Cleanliness and amenities of the entrance area and room. Complimentary breakfast and eating area.
Staff - Clean room and bathroom - nice size room - location
The towels - too rough too hard
The public places were in very good condition. The lobby and breakfast areas looked nice. Breakfast was excellent!
The shower curtain was previously knocked off the wall. One of the hinges was reinstalled lopsided (~2 inches) causing the shower curtain to constantly move and water to fall on the bathroom floor.
yes it was amazing
no. my boyfriend and I loved it
Stayed three nights. My daughter and I came from AZ to find a apartment for her and husband who will be returning from Iraq. We were a little scared being in different parts of Fay. but felt safe at the hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the room was nice and staff was very nice. Nice breakfast and they had two computers in lobby with internet that we used. The only thing was we had a non-smoking room but at night we could smell smoke in our room late at night, two out of the three nights. I would pick this hotel again.
[On my most recent trip to Fayetteville, I needed to stay an extra night and the Hilton Garden Inn was sold out. Holiday Inn Express offered a room to me for the same price I had paid for at Hilton Garden Inn.] The hotel is adequate, but rather expensive for the services they provide. As a frequent traveler to Fayetteville (husband in military/and for business) I found that not having a pool on-site was a disadvantage (nearly every hotel has an outdoor pool), especially for the higher price than other hotels. This hotel did not have a free business center (had to pay for Internet use) and no readily-available wireless Internet in the rooms. So for Business, I would go elsewhere I did appreciate it being across the street from the mall, and within a walking distance to some restaurants - just watch the traffic! If you want to go to Best Buy, Target, etc. located on the same road but down about a mile, you will need to have a car if you're not up for walking. However, like the other reviews, it is hard to tell where it is located on the road. The staff is friendly and they serve cookies in the evenings, similar to other hotels in the area. The rooms are a bit dated, which they have worked on, but not completely and the bathtubs need to be replaced, as mine had cracks that they tried to fill in with caulk. Compared to the other hotels in Fayetteville that I have stayed at, I place the Hilton Garden Inn on top!
Warm frienly staff, the room was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. I was on the fourth floor and it was very quite. The breakfast in the morning was very good.
The staff was very friendly & helpful. Location's a little off but it was a nice, clean place. Don't like to pay a lot, very good for the money. Very comfy beds, rooms aren't huge though. Would definitely stay there again!
Fine in all respects except very hard to find. Is behind a Hampton Inn not readily visible from highway. Fayetteville street names are confusing (many similar names) and better directions are needed.
I was very impressed by this hotel. I have stayed in many Holiday Inn expresses. The lobby was very nice. The pantry for extra items was also nice. The continental breakfast is adequate. The only room they had left when I stayed was a smoking room. The staff was courteous and came up to spray the room. They also gave me new pillows to help with the smoke residue. The rooms were very clean. I would definately recommend this hotel.
Hotel not visible from road. Access around other hotels was confusing. Suite was actually a large room with pillars between bed and sitting area. Large bathtub with whirlpool jets. Swim pool and fitness area were off site and required a drive. Traditional continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Large shopping mall surrounds hotel. Room rate was about $30 more than fair in my opinion.
