Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access city attractions, the port, and public transport. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several guests noted that the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. However, a common complaint was the breakfast, which many found to be minimal, basic, or lacking in variety. Some guests also mentioned small room sizes, occasional issues with water pressure, and minor maintenance concerns, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for short stays.AI-Generated from customer reviews
