This place was great!! Soo close to attractions and the .99 cent store across the street is very convenient. Front desk agents are very helpful.
Improvement suggestion 1. Should give importance to the issues. I feel some of the issues that can be corrected are neglected. Eg: I took room having microwave, because i have a small kid, but when i went to the room, i saw the microwave is not working properly and it is due to the issue in the revolving plate. The plate is not belong to that microwave. Due to this small negligence, i could not able to use the microwave itself. 2. Staff needs to be educated more regarding the transactions of billing etc.
This hotel was a little bit different from what I expected. The room was way smaller and the pool was not as nice as it looked in photos. When I first got there the pool was filthy but they cleaned it the next day. There were a bunch of flies and mosquitos in the room on the first day also. I killed most of them and I didn't see any more after that. The sink was outside of the bathroom which was weird and there was barely any closet space. The room didn't seem dirty until my boyfriend said he saw cigarette burns on the bed. The opnly great thing about the hotel is that it's located across the street from a huge 99 cents store. I won't be staying at this hotel again.
the plugs were not working and when we attempted to heat soup in the microwave, it shorted the entire room out. The staf would not even come up and check on the room and the issue. they reset a breaker from an outside panel, and called us back, however it left the tv and all but one lamp inoperable. Needless to say the rest of the stay was left in the 'dark' and in silence. NEVER AGAIN
The staff was friendly, and he upgraded my room to a larger one to accommodate 4 people.
Never been in a hotel where they took pillow top beds and turned them upside down, not to soft sinks clogged lights were burned out, and to top it all off there was not enough parking. One of the people at the front desk was nice the other was rude.... MAKE SURE you toss the bedspreads far away..all so the toilets werent level and it was like and earthquake when you set on the seat. We had 3 rooms and were there for the' Price is Right..' hotel price was not worth it next time Ill camp.
I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness, location and value for money. Breakfast was basic and we did have to ask for more towels twice. Free parking definitely a plus.
I stayed at this hotel for two days. The price was good and it was close to my destination. Although it was noisy, the rooms were clean and the maid service was good. There was a 99 cent store across the street, that was fun. There was a microwave, and little refrigerator in the room, the parking was a bit tight, but at least we had some! Other places around didn't offer paking or you had to pay extra for it! All in all we had a good experience here. I would stay here again.
A fuse blew and we were left without a tv, and lights inoperable the rest ofthe stay. Hotel personnel could not fix the problem and didn't even offer to make any reparations. We were also verbally accosted by 2 men in the parking lot, and the hotel clerk didn't even come out to check on us. they were very loud and obnoxious
Stayed for 1 week, September 2010. For this price this hotels is just perfect. location is excellent, if you have car you need 5 to 10 minutes to get everywhere: Kodak Theater, walk of fame, Universal Studio, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive and 10 more minutes to get to Santa Monica Beach and Malibu. you have free parking space in the hotel yard. Room is small and for 2 people it is enough, bed was comfortable, room is very clean, they clean room every day and change sheets and towels every day too. Breakfast is OK too, coffee, tea or juice with some sweet roll. Pool is small but clean, we did not use it, it is in the back yard. Stuff is friendly. Recommend to everybody who does not want to spend much money for accommodation and wants to spend much money on entertaining.
Picked this hotel based on the price and reviews. Had absolutly no problems. The front desk was helpful and the hotel was clean. The price reflects the location is not the best or worst. It is a ten minute walk of six blocks to the subway which has the Walk of Fame between the next two stops. Breakfast was Tang, coffee and Sweet Rolls. Pleasently suprised that parking was free. I had my wife and young daughter with me and no complaints.
My goal, when I visit a city, is to stay in the hotel as little as possible. Thus my expectations are simple: I want a hotel that is clean and affordable, plus close to the areas I want to visit. This hotel lived up to (and even exceeded) all of those expectations. It's exceptionally clean, very affordable, and within a few miles of my destinations. HIGHLY recommended. Oh, and before I stayed here I did research on a variety of sites to make sure this hotel met those expectations: every review I read said that it did.
Great location and price, clean rooms, huge jacuzzi tub, great location, not enough parking, but we parked our car and took a taxi. Friendly, helpful service.
Rooms were very clean and neat. for the price I would stay here again. The room was close to the Kodak Center. What they called a continental breakfast consistedof a packaged roll and coffee.
