Pros:It had a walk in bathroom, and a small closet with a safe and hangers for your clothes, the room itself was very clean as was the bathroom and the water actually worked. The air unit was perfect too, I like my room cold and that’s what it gave me !
Cons:There’s a $100 deposit that wasn’t stated online nor at the front desk. They asked to see the card I used to pay for the hotel online and ended up swiping it, taking $100. I didn’t notice that until I looked at my banking app and saw that I was missing money. I called and asked if I would be getting my money back and they said it usually takes a month, and a lot of reviews have said that they still haven’t received it back, even after 2 months.

Pros:The hotel is rather close to coachella. It's comfortable as a 100/night business hotel.
Cons:We paid more than 1200 dollars for four nights at this place because it was coachella weekend. This is the literal definition of price gouging which I realize is legal. The problem is if you're going to charge me like a 4-5 star Manhattan hotel I'm going to expect that level of service. The paint was peeling on the walls and the pillows were hard as rocks. There were dead bugs outside the rooms. We were made to stand outside by security in 97 degree heat while checking in. The line was three people long and the lobby was empty. While waiting in line we were constantly being sold on non-super 8 services like vans to and from the venue. There was no explanation or apology for this bizarre treatment. The "free buffet breakfast" as cereal, plastic cups of yogurt, and waffles you had to make yourself. It ended and was locked in a refrigerator promptly at 9am. Asking for milk at 9.02am got me a passive aggressive "Breakfast is over at 9am" from one of the two employees that were cleaning up the second the clock struck the hour. When I came back 15 minutes earlier the following day so I could eat before going to work, I got an un-solicited and sarcastic "you got here on time!" From the same woman. Also, you may be thinking that coachella weekend must have been very trying on these people as drunk college kids are never fun to deal with. However, consider how many people are going to be awake at 8.30AM for a festival that basically doesn't start until noon. There were 6 people eating breakfast maximum each day and all of them were quite cordial.

Pros:Attended a concert at Fantasy Springs on the MLK weekend. Many hotels would not allow anyone to rent a room for one night because of that holiday weekend. Super 8 was very accommodating. I requested a downstairs room to share with my 87 year old Dad. They arranged that too.
Cons:I will not complain about the little things, since being able to secure the room for my one-night need was enough to satisfy both my father and I. There wasn't anything of concern about the room.
