The cosmopolitan area of Irvine Harbourside has five bars and restaurants, all located within 400 yards, a further 400 yards takes you to Irvine's popular sandy beach. We are located next to Irvine railway station.The Harbourside Hotel is only minutes walk to Irvine Harbour with uninterupted views of Bogside flats bird conservation site with over 50 pairs of swans, grey herons, oyster catchers, geese, ducks, shags, gannets (offshore) cormorants etc and their are at least 6 seals that can be seen from the Marina Inn towards the River Garnock. Irvine's popular sandy beach is only 500 yards, the golden sand extends to Troon which is 4 miles in distance. Marina in is in a great location next to Magnum leisure centre, Award winning Ship Inn for good traditional food, Hacbar, Irvine watersports club and Harbour Lights bar which host Irvine Folk Club, Tuesday night Live jam session.
