The location of the hotel - being near bus transport and the central bus station, in a good area of Jerusalem. The superior rooms are well appointed.
The hotel is not near to shops or restaurants. The bathroom is very small and facial tissues are not provided. Packets of creamer for coffee were not supplied.
quality of food . dirty tablecloths . poor breakfast menu .lack of relaxing area. locality of nearby shops. no safe in room . no fridge in room
the first two nights complimentary dinner
I wish to mention to keep a Holy Bible (Preferably English) in each rooms
we enjoyed being un jlm. the room was clean. it was nice to have a coffee corner in the room.
there was only one chair in the room and it seemed old and uncomfertable. the coffe tray had only twwo paper cups. there was no shampoo only a soap dispenser. it seemed as if the hotel was trying to save.
The hotel is placed in the corner with very traffic streets,so the noise was high.In the evenings they use the "patio" dinning room for weddings and this generate two problems : noise and parking.
buffet breakfast and location
most of the hotel staff were really rude...
Definitely not a four stars!!! A bit shabby and the room kind of stinks...
Servicewas rude, hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, facilities such as meals are totally inadequate; it is poorly located away from any restaurants or sights
Near a busy main street, hotel room dirty, no double glassing so all traffic sounds are amplified, mattress needs changing as it was sagging, bath room not very clean the shower handle broken and so ...
Excellent Breakfast. It was nice of them to give me a comprehensive map of Jerusalem as soon as I arrived. Even though I arrived quite early - they let me check in - which I really appreciated. They were not picky about check-out time either. It is also a short walk from the central bus station - from where we can easily get a bus to any part of the city and therefore is an excellent location.
The only thing that really got me was that they could not provide toothpaste or shampoo, and as the hotel is rated as a 4 star, I expected this. One of the male receptionists was quite indifferent - but a lady named Maya gave me excellent and professional service.
