The car was late to drop off and was not cleaned out but we were going on a family trip so we needed to leave. There was a nail in the drivers side tire and we used fix a flat and after hours drop off so I could not tell them. Not sure if the nail was in the tire when we picked it up but we were far from any towns and limited cell service so we did what we could do.10.0 Wonderful

Only issue was Avis Lakewood overcharging me at return. They quickly fixed this after I called customer care, but I don't appreciate having to find extra unauthorized charges on my credit card and spending time on the phone to get it fixed.Hertz

Cons:
They have double charged me. Hertz has a sleazy way of making it seem like you pay one thing but then they charge you much more later. I will not be renting through kayak again because this is a shady practice y'all are linking users up for.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The pickup location was not even open at the time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. Then I had to drive another 45 miles to the airport to pick up an alternative vehicle. Website information is not accurate and very poor overall experience.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Cons:
The woman who serviced us upon arrival was very rude. Especially, with the drop off. We were supposed to do a key drop off box. The place suspended that activity and never let us know. There was nowhere to leave the car and we didn't know what to do. She must have seen us from a distance since the office was closed and came over to ask about us. Her response was well today is your lucky day. not, I'm sorry for the inconvenience we should have contacted you telling you our policy has changed nothing.2.0 Poor

Dakota at the Laramie, Wyoming office treated me with respect, professionalism, and excellent customer service. At every step of the way during my rental period, he ensured the process ran smoothly and, when I had minor difficulties on the road, he took immediate and decisive action to ensure a swift resolution to the problem. He made the entire process enjoyable and worry free. Though the Silverado had some minor cosmetic damage, the truck preformed well above my expectations in all weather and road conditions. I highly recommend Dakota and the Laramie office, and would rent from them again in a heartbeat.Cons:

I really enjoyed the value for money! Enterprise car rentals prices are just beating any other car rentals company and the cars look brand new.Cons:
One thing I didn't like was the additional costs they charge you for everything and anything. My very first price was $50 for three days and ended up with $180!! They said I could upgrade my car for only $10 more per day which I decided to chose but if my math is good this only makes it $80 total and not $180. So I asked what was this $100 extra charge and they said it was the full insurance package that comes with the upgrade. So I told them it was way beyond my budget and told me they couldn't go below $130 which I had to pay after all. My advice to you: be very carefull when renting a car, if you need an insurance get it online when booking the car ;)Sixt
