The woman who serviced us upon arrival was very rude. Especially, with the drop off. We were supposed to do a key drop off box. The place suspended that activity and never let us know. There was nowhere to leave the car and we didn't know what to do. She must have seen us from a distance since the office was closed and came over to ask about us. Her response was well today is your lucky day. not, I'm sorry for the inconvenience we should have contacted you telling you our policy has changed nothing.2.0 Poor

The car was late to drop off and was not cleaned out but we were going on a family trip so we needed to leave. There was a nail in the drivers side tire and we used fix a flat and after hours drop off so I could not tell them. Not sure if the nail was in the tire when we picked it up but we were far from any towns and limited cell service so we did what we could do.10.0 Wonderful
